Crochet with orange yarn:

2nd-3rd row: 5 sc (2 rows)

Fold in half, crochet through both sides 2 sc. Fasten off and leave the yarn for sewing.

Legs (2 pieces)
1st row: 6 sc in KA (6)
2nd-3rd row: 6 sc (2 rows)

Fold in half, crochet through both sides 3 sc. Fasten off and leave the yarn for sewing.

Assembling the Toy
Sew the head to the body. Attach the arms near the head and sew the legs between rows 4-5 of the body (alternatively, you can sew the legs to the sides to prevent them from sticking out).
Sew the muzzle and ears to the head. Then, attach or insert the eyes. If you sew the eyes, like I do, make sure to pull the yarn tight while attaching. Repeat this process 2-3 times, then tie the remaining yarn ends into 2-3 knots and hide them.
Embroider the white parts for the eyes, eyebrows, and stripes on the body and head.
Crochet the tail: Attach orange yarn to the back of the body, crochet 6 ch, then crochet 5 sl st along the chain, fasten off, and hide the yarn.
