In this masterclass, you can learn how to crochet a small elephant with felt eyes. The entire toy is worked in a spiral using one color of yarn. The claws are embroidered with white thread, and the whites of the eyes are made from white felt, sewn with black thread.

Assembling the Toy

1. Sew the head, ears, trunk, arms, and legs together.
2. Cut out the whites of the eyes from white felt and sew them on above the trunk with small stitches. Embroider eyebrows.
3. Attach the safety eyes.
4. Embroider the fingers on the arms and legs with white yarn.
5. Crochet the tail on the back: Join the yarn, make a chain of air stitches, and form a small tassel at the end.
