This pattern allows you to crochet a small plush elephant using any plush yarn. The designer recommends using thin plush yarn such as *Himalaya Dolphin Baby Fine*. For decoration, tie a satin ribbon into a bow around the neck.

Finished Size: Approximately 15–18 cm.

Stuff the legs firmly but leave the top unstuffed. Fold the top of each leg flat and sew across using 6 sc. Ensure the toes are facing forward.

Arms (Make 2)

Start with a contrasting color:

  2. 6 inc (12).

Switch to the main color:

  1. 12 sc (rounds 3–12).

Stuff the arms lightly, leaving the top unstuffed. Fold the top flat and sew across using 5 sc.

Tail

Ch 9. Starting from the second chain from the hook, sc 8. Leave small yarn tails at both ends of the chain for sewing.

Ears (Make 2)

Crochet two pieces for each ear: one in a contrasting color and one in the main color.

  2. 7 inc (14).
