Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.
Materials and Tools
- Himalaya Dolphin Baby Plush Yarn: grey, pink, and blue
- Hook 4 mm
- Eyes for toys
- Filler for toys
- Needle for sewing details
- Scissors
Conventions
- KA – amigurumi ring
- vp – air loop
- sc – single crochet
- pr – increase
- ub – decrease
- (…) xn – repeat n times
Legs (2 parts)
We start with a pink thread:
- 1 row. 6 sc in KA
- 2 row. 6 inc (12) We change the 3rd row to a gray thread.
- (1 sc, 1 inc) x 6 (18)
- 4 row. 18 sc behind the back wall
- 5-6 rows. 18 sc
- 7 row. 4 dec, 10 sc (14)
- 8 row. (5 sc 1 dec) x 2 (12)
- 9 row. 12 sc
- 10 row. (4 sc 1 dec) x 2 (10)
- 11-12 rows. 10 sc
We fill the bottom of the foot tightly, and the top is loose. Fold, sew together the edges of 5 sc, cut the thread, fasten, hide.
PS: When stitching, make sure that the legs look a little at the tummy with decreases, i.e. there is a slight clubfoot effect. Accordingly, either do not knit a couple of loops in the last row, or, conversely, make a couple of offset loops.
Handles (2 parts)
Gray thread:
- 1 row. 5 sc in KA
- 2 row. 5 inc (10)
- 3rd row. (1 sc, 1 inc) x 5 (15)
- 4-5 rows. 15 sc
- 6 row. 4 dec, 5 sc (11)
- 7 row. 1 sc, 1 dec, 8 sc (10)
- 8-11 rows. 10 sc
We do not stuff very tightly. We fold, sew together the edges of 5 sc, cut the thread, fasten, hide. PS: When stitching, keep in mind that the foot is reduced to the body.
Ears (2 parts)
The first part is pink:
- 1 row. 6 sc in KA
- 2 row. 6 inc (12)
- 3rd row. (1 sc, 1 inc) x 6 (18)
We cut the thread.
Next, we knit the same detail in gray, but do not cut the thread! We put the pink part on top of the gray part, insert the hook into the st of the pink part and into the next gray loop, knit further together the parts:
- (2 sc, 1 inc) x 6 (24)
Next, fold the ear in half and knit both sides together for 3 sc. We cut the thread (leaving a little for sewing the ear to the head), we fix it. Similarly, we knit the second ear.
Tail
We collect 26 ch. We knit, starting from the second loop, 25 sc. We fix the thread, cut it, leave a little length for sewing.
Body
We start with a blue (or any color) thread:

- 2 row. 6 inc (12)
- 3rd row. (1 sc, 1 inc) x 6 (18)
- 4 row. (2 sc, 1 inc) x 6 (24)
- 5 row. (3 sc, 1 inc) x 6 (30)
- 6 row. 4 sc, 5 sc with the left leg, 12 sc, 5 sc with the right leg, 4 sc
- 7-9 rows. 30 sc
- 10 row. 8 sc (1 sc, 1 dec) x 5, 8 sc (25)
- 11 row. 25 sc
- 12 row. (3 sc, 1 dec) x 5
- 13 row. 20 sc
- 14 row. 8 sc, 1 dec, 1 sc, 1 dec, 1 sc, 1 dec, 4 sc
- 15 row. 4 sc, 5 sc with the left handle 3 sc, 5 sc with the right handle
We stuff as we knit. We pay special attention to the tummy.
- 16 row. (2 sc, 1 dec) x 4, 1 sc (13)
- 17th row. 1 dec, 11 sc (12)
We change to a gray thread.
Head
We begin to knit a head.
- 18 row. 12 inc (24)
- 19 row. (1 sc, 1 inc) x 12 (36)
- 20 row. 17 sc (1 inc, 1 sc) x 6, 7 sc (42)
- 21-22 rows. 42 sc
- 23 row. 22 sc, 6 dec, 8 sc (36)
- 24-25 row. 36 sc
- 26 row. (4 sc, 1 dec) x 6 (30)
- 27 row. 30 sc
- 28 row. (3 sc, 1 dec) x 6 (24)
- 29 row. 24 sc
You can insert eyes at this stage. Approximately between 24 and 25 rows.

Pull the hole, fasten the thread and hide. We make a tightening of the eye, in the photo the left eye, the right one is done in the same way. Sew ears, tail. We embroider a nose, you can use plush, or you can use cotton yarn.
