Skirt

Use colorful yarn.

In the front half loops of round 10, crochet 3 dc in each stitch around to create the skirt.

Tuft of Hair

Cut several pieces of dark yarn, each about 10 cm long. Use a crochet hook to pull the middle of each piece through a loop on top of the dog’s head, and tie them in place. Repeat this several times. You can use 2 strands of yarn at once for a fuller effect.

Assembling the Toy

  1. Embroider the face:
  • The nose is a triangle shape.
  • Add a smile and eyebrows.
  1. Sew the ears and paws on the sides of the body.
  2. Attach the tail at the back.
  3. Use a ribbon to tie the hair into a bow.
  4. For an added touch, place a decorative button or pendant around the dog’s neck.
