
3. Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and remaining Italian seasoning.
- Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese, letting it melt and thicken the sauce.
4. Combine Everything
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet.
- Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
