In this tutorial, you will learn how to crochet a plush Felix the Cat using amigurumi techniques. You can use any plush yarn, such as Himalaya Dolphin Baby, YarnArt Dolce, and others.
Yarn Requirements
For one toy, you will need:
- 1 skein of black yarn (Himalaya Dolphin Baby)
- 0.5 skein of white yarn (Himalaya Dolphin Baby)
- Pink yarn for accents (Himalaya Dolphin Baby, color 80309)
- Yarn for the eyes, nose, and stitching

Snout
Crochet with white yarn.

Lower Jaw: Chain 3.
Ears (2 parts)
Important! First, crochet the ears with white yarn, and then switch to black. Be sure to crochet in back-and-forth rows!

For the white parts, cut the yarn and secure it. For the black triangles, don’t cut the yarn; fold the parts together with the wrong sides facing each other, and crochet them together using sc. Do not crochet the bottom part of the ear! The ear is complete!
Paws (2 parts)
Start with white yarn.

4-5. 16 sc - 3 sc, 4 dec, 4 sc (12)
7-18. Change to black yarn and crochet 12 sc. At the end of round 18, crochet 2 more sc. Do not stuff the paw fully! Just a little bit at the base. Fold the part in half and crochet sc to join. The paws are complete!
Final Assembly
