Amigurumi Bunnies in Pants
These adorable bunny keychains are crocheted with ALPINA “LILY” yarn using a 1.5 mm crochet hook. The pattern, shared by Gurumiland, creates cute bunnies wearing little pants.
Crochet the bunnies using white and blue yarn, and don’t forget to stuff the bunny as you go!

Materials Needed:
- Yarn: ALPINA “LILY” (White and Blue)
- Crochet Hook: 1.5 mm
- Safety Eyes or Embroidered Eyes
- Fiberfill for stuffing
- Needle and Scissors
Abbreviations:
- KA – Magic ring
- vp – Chain stitch
- ss – Slip stitch
- sc – Single crochet
- htr – Half treble crochet
- tr – Treble crochet

Arms (White) – Make 2
- 5 sc in a magic ring (5)
- 5 sc for 5 rounds (5)
- Cut and hide the yarn. Do not stuff the arms.
Legs – Make 2
White Yarn:
- 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
- 6 sc (6)
Change to Blue Yarn:
- 6 sc for 2 rounds (6)
Cut the yarn for the first leg. Do not cut the yarn for the second leg.
Body
- Chain 3 (3 ch) and join the legs together. Then continue crocheting in a circle, moving clockwise:
- 6 sc around the first leg, 3 sc in the chain, 6 sc around the second leg, 3 sc in the chain (18)
- 18 sc for 3 rounds (18)
- Change to white yarn. Cut the blue yarn and hide it.
- 18 sc in the back loops only (18)

Attach the arms:
- Fold the top edge of the arm in half.
- (2 sc, 2 sc together with arm), 5 sc, 2 sc together with second arm, 1 sc (12)

Begin the head:

Pull the hole closed, cut, and hide the yarn.
Ears (White) – Make 2
- Chain 10 (10 ch).
- Starting from the second chain from the hook:
- 3 sc, 3 htr, 2 tr, 6 tr in the last ch, then crochet along the other side of the chain:
- 2 tr, 3 htr, 3 sc.
Leave a long tail for sewing.
Tail (White)
- 5 sc in a magic ring (5)
- Leave a long tail for sewing.
Straps for Pants
- Chain the desired length for the pants straps. For example, make about 20 ch.
- Starting from the second chain from the hook, crochet 1 sc in each chain until the end.
- Sew the strap diagonally, and add a button or bead for decoration.
Assembly
- Attach the ears and tail to the body.
- Embroider the nose.
- Attach or embroider the eyes.
