
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the Base
- Heat a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Add Seasoning and Liquid
- Stir in the taco seasoning until the beef mixture is well coated.
- Add the diced tomatoes (with their juice), broth, and milk. Stir to combine.
3. Cook the Pasta
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then stir in the uncooked pasta.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the liquid is mostly absorbed.
