Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (any type)
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet with diced onion and seasonings. Drain excess fat.
- In the same skillet, add cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce, mix in the bacon, and serve with extra cheese on top.
