Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta (any type)
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with diced onion and seasonings. Drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, add cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Toss the pasta in the sauce, mix in the bacon, and serve with extra cheese on top.
