
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear on both sides until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove the chicken and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and oregano. Stir until the spinach wilts. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
