Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Meatloaf Base

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
  3. Press the meatloaf mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish to create the base layer.

Step 2: Bake the Meatloaf

  • Bake the meatloaf base for 20 minutes, just until it begins to set. While it bakes, prepare the mac and cheese.
